- Call Heartland Bank at 1-800-697-0049 or stop into any local Heartland Bank branch for assistance
- Alert one of these credit reporting agencies - Experian, Equifax or TransUnion
- File a report with the local police or sheriff
- Alert any of your other financial institutions
