With a life-long career in mortgage banking, Tammy joined Heartland Bank in February of 2020 tasked with managing the assimilation of the mortgage operations after the bank’s merger with a Kentucky institution. As a Mortgage Originator, Tammy’s extensive experience in lending combines well with her seasoned background that includes both loan sales and operations. This combination of skills allows her to confidently guide her clients while they choose the best loan for their financial situation and navigate the loan process. She has also been active in the lending industry, serving on the Board of Directors for Ohio Mortgage Bankers for eight years and as President of Columbus Mortgage Bankers in 2012. Tammy is an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter and an experienced FNMA and FHLMC underwriter.
