How to leave a review: 

Click below to provide a Google review for your specific branch:

  1. Open your internet browser > Search “Heartland Bank” on Google. Make sure you’re signed into your Google account*
  2. Scroll down until you see the Write a Review button on the right-hand side > Click Write a Review
  3. You will be given the option to provide a star rating and feedback on your experience with our branch
  4. Click Post

*You must have a Google account to leave a Google My Business review.

 

Facebook

How to leave a recommendation:

  1. Go to Heartland Bank’s Facebook review section here
  2. Under “Do you recommend Heartland Bank?” on the left-hand side, click “Yes” or “No”*
  3. Next, write your recommendation. You can also select any of the tags to recommend specific features of the business
  4. Click Post

*You must have a Facebook account to leave a recommendation on Facebook.

 

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

How to leave a review:

  1. Click on our Heartland Bank profile here
  2. Click on the Submit a Review button on the right side of the page
  3. Add your review and star rating
  4. Click Leave Your Review
