SVP, Mortgage Administration Manager

BJ joined Heartland Bank in 2008 after graduating from Mount Union University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and economics. After years of dedicated service to our clients, he was promoted to Manager of Residential Origination in 2015 and Secondary Market Manager in 2020. BJ is responsible for the development and administration of secondary loan market and funding initiatives including individual loan sales to investors. He serves as a liaison to investors and government agencies and is responsible for all aspects of pricing and profitability of originated loans. In 2015, BJ graduated from the Paul W Barret, Jr. School of Banking where he completed a 3-year curriculum that covered all major functions performed in financial institutions today.
