Banker in Training Program (BIT)

Get started with a career in banking

Heartland Bank is looking for recent high school graduates to join the Banker In Training (BIT) program. This paid position provides on-the-job training to develop the skills and experience that banking has to offer. Whether you are on the college track or not, you can get started with a banking career immediately after graduating from high school with an opportunity for permanent employment. This is an entry-level position. Candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent and be 18 years or older.
 

In this program, you will develop skills and experience banking while building confidence and exploring your interests. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in a corporate environment!
