Notary service is available to Heartland Bank clients at all of our convenient locations. Proper identification is required.
A Notary can provide notary services for powers of attorney, affidavits, deeds, mortgages, liens, leases, real estate title transfers and any other document requiring a witness and verification. They will witness and certify the authenticity of signatures and documents and can also administer an oath of affirmation.
