We are in the homestretch and have collected 'good-to know' information on this page that many of our customers asked about as they logged in to Online/Mobile Banking for the first time. These helpful hints may come in handy as you learn and navigate the new Online/Mobile Banking platforms.
Have you upgraded your browser?
In order to get the best results from our new Online Banking platform, please utilize either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari. Microsoft recommends that you no longer use Internet Explorer to access the web.
If you're having access issues, try resetting your Login ID and Password!
It's easy - just click to reset Login IDs or Passwords. Additionally, click here to view a video tutorial about changing Login IDs and Passwords. The system will prompt you if the sequence you entered does not meet the specifications.

Once inside Online/Mobile Banking, feel free to visit our vendor's Help section - accessible from the bottom of the menu bar on the left side.
Did you see the alert bar inside Bill Pay with regards to the 'pay from' accounts?
If you pay bills from multiple Heartland accounts, please confirm that your selected 'pay from' account is correct before processing or scheduling any new payments. It's easy - on your desktop, just log into Bill Pay and look for the 'My Account' tab in the menu bar. You can view or rename all accounts and choose a default account for paying bills.
