With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Patty began her career at Heartland Bank in May of 2024 as a Mortgage Loan Originator. She is committed to her clients and proud to assist in their journeys toward homeownership. Patty is an experienced listener and strives to provide detailed explanations throughout the lending process encompassing terminology and product descriptions. While previously operating her own mortgage company, Patty strengthened her origination and underwriting knowledge. Graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in economics, she has been active in the Mortgage Bankers Association of Cincinnati, Women’s Council of Realtors and the HBA.
