In honor of Community Banking Month, Heartland Bank and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) are shining a spotlight on community bank efforts to create economic prosperity for Americans in urban, suburban and rural communities nationwide. When confidence in the banking industry was tested earlier this year, community banks remained strong.

In April of 2020, Heartland Bank completed a merger with Victory Community Bank. Greg Little was an associate at Victory, and he made the transition to Heartland retaining his previous position and duties. Currently, he is based at the Ft. Mitchell branch, and is proud to be part of a team of experienced and eager Heartland professionals.

With National Poultry Day being highlighted on March 19^th, Heartland’s Agribusiness team is not only passionate about partnering with local poultry experts, but they also own a few birds of their own. What better way to understand the needs of their clients than by actually being involved in the same farm activities as many of them – a win, win for the team!
