Not many Heartland Bank associates can say that they have contributed over three decades to their career at the bank, but Jennifer Ziegler is one that can…33 years and counting! Jennifer’s story starts after high school with her service in the United States Navy, a degree in financial management from Columbus State Community College, then a starting position at a Heartland Bank branch at 161 and Cleveland Avenue in Columbus.

It’s fair season! Heartland’s Agribusiness bankers look forward to this season each year as it allows them to get out and about in the communities, check in on clients and build new relationships within their agribusiness networks. The outdoors and fair fields are like home to them, and they look forward to valuable conversations as they make their way from event to event.

With nine years under his belt at Heartland Bank, Mike Beitman is the type of associate that Heartland seeks out, and the bank commits daily to supporting a culture that entices these associates to look to ten, fifteen and even twenty years of service.

As there seems to be a special day for everything in our world, World Elder Abuse Awareness Day is June 15, 2023. Isn’t this an important topic every day? Not like National Doughnut Day or World Pizza Day, awareness about this topic matters…to families, caregivers and the elderly in particular without regard for an actual day. It is great to promote awareness with a specific day, but Heartland would actually like to share information that will matter on June 15^th and beyond!
