The Creekside Blues and Jazz Festival (CBJF) presented by the Gahanna Convention and Visitors Bureau, takes place from Friday, June 17th through Sunday, June 19th in the Creekside Park and Plaza District (117 Mill Street) of Gahanna, Ohio. During this 23rd year festival, 33 bands will perform over a 3-day span with 17 food vendors and 13 retail merchants.
Originally a half-day event celebrating the completion of Creekside Park and the revived downtown district, the three-day festival returns to Father’s Day weekend in 2022 after adjusting for COVID last year and holding the festivities in September of 2021. Three stage locations will welcome guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the impressive lineup of artists and performers. Heartland Bank assisted with the financing of one of those stages by trading a 10-year sponsorship for the financing of the purchase of the stage.

A variety of ticket packages are available online, along with tickets for sale at the gate. All weekend passes are available for $30 for adults and $20 for children, individual adult tickets are $15 with BOGO on Sunday; Youth ages 11-17 are $10 on Friday and Saturday with BOGO on Sunday for $7; and military, (active or retired with military ID) plus a guest, and children under 10 are free.
