This month’s employee spotlight features the Croton branch office Assistant Manager, Linda Chime. While she started her career in banking at another financial institution in 1979, we’ve been fortunate that the last fourteen years have been right here at Heartland Bank. As an assistant manager, Linda’s main responsibilities include helping customers with their financial needs and goals. She said, “I help people with anything from making a deposit or opening an account to assisting them with a lot or car loan.”

This month’s Employee Spotlight features another effective leader, respected colleague and self-motivated member of the Heartland Bank team, our Grove City AO, Assistant Manager Sherry Byrne. While she studied Elementary Education in college in Florida, her co-workers in Grove City are sure happy that Sherry gave up the idea of being a teacher and became a banker!

If you ask Vice President, Commercial Lender Stuart Schloss about his goals for the future, he might mention something about retiring to a Caribbean island. The avid outdoorsman enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, SCUBA, archery, camping and hiking, just to name a few of his “in my spare time” pursuits. But before he buys a one way ticket to an ocean paradise, he’s working toward an even loftier goal: to help launch Heartland Bank into a billion dollar financial institution. Pretty impressive aspirations for both his personal and professional life.

This month’s Employee Spotlight features the Johnstown branch office Assistant Manager, Tanya Bennett. The Westerville native began her career with Heartland Bank in May of 2003 as a Customer Service Representative (teller) and works hard every day to make sure her clients get the customer service they deserve.

This month’s employee spotlight features the Stygler Road branch office Assistant Manager Julie Radabaugh, an eleven year employee that is proud to have her thumb on the pulse of the branch. As Assistant Manager, Julie greets customers and helps them complete their transactions. You can also find her behind the “line” over-riding a computer restriction, standing in with dual control verification or stepping in to work the tubes or drawer at the drive-through lane on a busy day. “I am most proud of the customer base I have built over the years,” Julie said. “My goal is to treat everyone like they are my most important transaction of the day.”
