No, they won’t as long as they are scheduled prior to March 9th at noon.

Will I need to add my external accounts back into my new Online Banking?

No, these accounts will convert over to the new system.

Will I need to enroll in text banking even if I am currently enrolled?

All users will need to enroll in text banking if they wish to use this service.

What will be the impact on daily transactions?

If you use bill pay – you will not be able to schedule new bill payments between 11:59 p.m. on The March 3rd through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th.

If you use ACH (including Payroll) – you will be unable to initiate new ACH transactions beginning at noon on March 9th through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th.

If you use wires – you will be unable to initiate new wires beginning at noon on March 9th through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th (you may visit a branch for wire services during this time).

If I can’t access wires after noon on March 9th until 8:00 a.m. on March 11th, what should I do?

You will need to visit one of our branches during that short time period for wire availability.

Will current information transfer over to the new system?

All of your accounts, users, ACH contacts and history will be migrated from the old system to the new system.

Will this conversion change any of my established limits for transactions or mobile deposits?

No. There will be no impact to limits, Remote Deposit Capture or any others.

Will I still need to input a one-time pin?

Yes, you will.

Will all my user access rights and limits transfer to the new system?

Yes, they will.

Will the new system change the way I submit payroll (batch processing and importing)?

The new system will look different; however, it will function the same as the old system.

Will all user access roles transition to the new system?

Yes.

Will all my ACH contacts automatically transfer to the new system?

Yes, they will all transfer for your convenience.

Will my access to Remote Deposit Capture remain the same

Yes, it will.

For Treasury Management clients, is there a specific date by which ACH, external transfers, payroll or wires need to be submitted before the conversion?

Yes, please submit any ACH, external transfers, payroll or wire transactions prior to noon on March 9th.

Will my eBills convert over to the new system like the payees?

No, you will need to re-enroll those payees in the new Bill Pay system.

Will I be able to use my current password?

You will use your current password to log in for the first time, then when the change password box appears, you can continue to use your current password if it meets the new password requirements.  You will also be asked to enter a secure access code after your initial log in.

Can I use my existing Login ID/username to log in to the new system?

On Wednesday, March 11, you will use your existing login ID credentials.

Can I log in to the new system using Internet Explorer?

No, you will need to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

Is there anything I need to do before the conversion?

We ask that you make sure your profile is up to date in our current Online Banking system so that you don’t miss any communications from us regarding the conversion.

If I use Popmoney, will there be something like this in the new system?

Yes, it is called Pay a Friend. It is our new person-to-person payment service. Payees must be reestablished; however, you may also enter these people into your new Bill Pay system.

When will I be able to log in to the new system for the first time?

Access to the new system will be available on March 11 at 8:00 a.m.

Will there be a “view only” period during the conversion?

Yes, from March 9 at noon through March 10 at 10:00 p.m., your accounts will be in a view only status to allow for data navigation and conversion maintenance.

Will my mobile banking be unavailable at any time during the conversion?

Yes, it will be unavailable from March 8 at 3:00 a.m. to March 11 at 8:00 a.m.

If I access Online Banking through the mobile app, will I need to download an update?

Yes, you will need to download an updated version if you do not have automatic updates scheduled on your mobile device.

What if I have a bill that is due between March 3-10?

You may preschedule bills that need to be paid during those dates prior to March 3 at 11:59 p.m. All payments will still take place, you will just not have access to add or delete any payments during that time.

During the conversion, when will the Bill Pay system be unavailable?

Bill Pay will be unavailable from March 3rd at 11:59 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th.
