What will be the impact on daily transactions?

If you use bill pay – you will not be able to schedule new bill payments between 11:59 p.m. on The March 3rd through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th.

If you use ACH (including Payroll) – you will be unable to initiate new ACH transactions beginning at noon on March 9th through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th.

If you use wires – you will be unable to initiate new wires beginning at noon on March 9th through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th (you may visit a branch for wire services during this time).

If I can’t access wires after noon on March 9th until 8:00 a.m. on March 11th, what should I do?

You will need to visit one of our branches during that short time period for wire availability.

Will current information transfer over to the new system?

All of your accounts, users, ACH contacts and history will be migrated from the old system to the new system.

Will this conversion change any of my established limits for transactions or mobile deposits?

No. There will be no impact to limits, Remote Deposit Capture or any others.

Will I still need to input a one-time pin?

Yes, you will.

Will all my user access rights and limits transfer to the new system?

Yes, they will.

Will the new system change the way I submit payroll (batch processing and importing)?

The new system will look different; however, it will function the same as the old system.

Will all user access roles transition to the new system?

Yes.

Will my ACH prescheduled payments be impacted?

No, they won’t as long as they are scheduled prior to March 9th at noon.

Will all my ACH contacts automatically transfer to the new system?

Yes, they will all transfer for your convenience.

Will my access to Remote Deposit Capture remain the same

Yes, it will.

For Treasury Management clients, is there a specific date by which ACH, external transfers, payroll or wires need to be submitted before the conversion?

Yes, please submit any ACH, external transfers, payroll or wire transactions prior to noon on March 9th.
